REFUND POLICY

At Lilates, we are committed to providing the best experience for all our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any package.

1. All class packages are non-refundable. Once a package has been purchased, payments cannot be refunded for any reason.
2. Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared. All packages are registered to the original purchaser and may only be used by that individual.
3. Packages cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
4. Any unused sessions are subject to the package validity period. Clients are responsible for booking and using their sessions before the expiry date.
5. By purchasing a package, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Lilates reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a fair and smooth scheduling experience for all clients, please take note of our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class or session.
2. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will be considered a late cancellation.
3. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the session being deducted from the client’s package.
4. Clients who arrive late may still join the session; however, the session will end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended.
5. In the event that a client is unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact the studio as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at the studio’s discretion.
6. The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class or session due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified and offered an alternative booking option.

By booking a class or session at Lilates, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
