Lilates Academy is a private and professional training program created only for Lilates team members. It’s not open to the public. This academy is our way of making sure all Lilates trainers have the same strong foundation in both knowledge and values.
All of our trainers are certified physiotherapists. At Lilates Academy, they continue to learn and grow with specialized training based on:
- Physical and mental health education
- Advanced physiotherapy knowledge
- Fascia Release techniques using the Lila Lilates Method
- Human anatomy and functional movement
- Mindful movement and fitness techniques
We focus on slow, intentional movement. Not just how the body moves — but why. We believe:
